What kind of wax is used in your candles?We are proud to use coconut soy wax that is a vegetable by-product, made from the oil of soybean + coconut. It is a renewable resource and provides a clean burn! Free from harmful carcinogens and additives.

How do I know when to stop using my candle?When there is half an inch of wax remaining in the jar or if your wick moves off centre. This is to prevent the wick moving too close to the glass and potentially shattering from the heat exposure. It's best to move on and light a new candle!

What is the difference between a wood wick and rope wick?Wooden wicks produce a crackling sound while burning, come from untreated wood, and require gentle wick trimming to around 1/8" before each light time. Regular rope wicks do not produce sound, made with a vegetable wax coating, and require light wick trimming to 1/8" before each light time.

What is the difference between frangrance oils and essential oils?Essential oils produce aromathreapy benefits such as an energy boost. Where as phthalate free fragrance oils only produce a scent.
